Originally, shiitake is native to the Far East – Japan, China, Korea. This exotic mushroom has different names in different parts of the world. In the United States, it is known as the black forest mushroom. In France, it is called Lentin du Chêne.

300 g Shiitake
1,5 tablespoon of honey
80 ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1\2 lemon juice
Black pepper
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of sesame
1. Mix honey with rice vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce.
2. Add black pepper and crushed garlic clove in a wok.
3. Bring to boil and add mushrooms. Cook 3-4 minutes.
4. Before serving sprinkle with sesame.
